I work closely with you to design customized plans that fit your unique needs, including tailored dietary advice, lifestyle tips, herbal recommendations, and supplement guidance. My goal is to help you make lasting changes that improve your well-being.

I have experience utilizing clinical nutrition to support conditions including acne, anemia, autoimmunity, chronic kidney disease, colon health, diabetes, gut health, high blood pressure, cholesterol management, HIV/AIDS, liver support, and much more.

I hold a master’s degree in nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine, earned my National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach certification in 2020, and completed the Duke Integrative Medicine Health Coach training program in 2019.

New clients receive a 90-minute thorough initial appointment. This thorough and insightful session is aimed at creating a solid foundation for your personalized nutrition plan.

We’ll start by delving deeply into your current eating habits and lifestyle, exploring your experiences with past dietary changes, and identifying both what has been effective and what hasn’t. This comprehensive review helps us understand your unique needs and goals.

During this visit, I’ll provide you with 2-3 actionable strategies that you can implement immediately. These strategies are carefully tailored based on the latest evidence and best practices, ensuring they are practical and effective for your specific situation.

Within one week of our meeting, you’ll receive a detailed dietary analysis and a customized nutrition plan via email. This plan will include specific, evidence-based dietary recommendations that are designed to help you achieve your health goals. For each client, I research the most up-to-date information, studies, and potential interactions to ensure a truly cutting-edge and personalized experience.

In addition to food and diet, your personalized nutrition plan can include recommendations for supplements and lifestyle adjustments to support your overall well-being.

Our one-hour follow-up appointments are essential for refining and optimizing your nutrition plan.

These sessions focus on reviewing the new insights you’ve gained, examining the emotional and practical aspects of your habits, and addressing any barriers or challenges you may be facing.

We’ll use this time to make necessary adjustments to your plan, including modifications to your food choices and supplements, ensuring that it evolves in line with your progress and ongoing needs.

I approach each follow-up with a collaborative and supportive mindset, working with you to develop actionable, sustainable plans that fit into your daily life.
